I didn’t know what to expect but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location can’t be beat! Rooms are amazing. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and professional. From booking last minute tours to making appointments for shopping to getting taxis- they were completely at my service. Also loved the rooftop for breakfast everyday. We will absolutely be back!
Very clean and beautiful hotel. Polite and professional staff willing to assist in any way possible. Due to hotel capacity, early check in was unavailable but they welcomed us and held our bags so we could explore Barcelona without delay. Great breakfast on the rooftop and checkout was simple and easy. Would definitely stay again if back in Barcelona.
We had a wonderful stay at Monument Hotel. The hotel was spotless, the service was outstanding, and everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to the team for helping make my wife’s birthday extra special. The thoughtful touches meant a lot to us and made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona
Excellent service, breakfast, restaurant on site, and beautifully kept rooms. I would certainly stay here again. Location is walking distance to shopping and food. Very familiar friendly. The family suite was well laid out with separate rooms with large bathrooms and a shared living space with kitchen and fridge. Perfect if you're travelling with small children.
The Monument Hotel is located on the Passeig de Gràcia, within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean, modern, and features a grand central staircase made of carved marble- a beautiful site to behold. Finally, the service is top notch; the staff is attentive, professional, and profoundly courteous. We would stay here again if we return to Barcelona; I enthusiastically recommend this hotel!
