Booked a 1 double bed room, gave me 2 single bed room. I went in the evening to remind and switch, and the front desk told me he can't help and to come back in the morning. Went in the morning and same story again. They kept gaslighting me too saying it's subject to availability but I paid more for a bigger bed. Common! no need to gaslight your customers like that. Edit: Wow, gaslighting never ends huh? I clearly showed you my reservation which said "Exterior Double Bed", it did not say "Double Bed or two Single Bed" or that it's subject to availability etc. I paid more for Exterior and I paid more for a Double Bed, I had an option to choose "Two single bed" for cheaper. Horrible service, stay away from this hotel. Those single beds are also really light and bad quality.

In general we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 3 nights in December. Price wise good and a good location next to a supermarket, some restaurants, a shopping mall and the metro. However staff are not that tentative especially at the reception where i think they should greet people or ask if any assistance is required. The lady working at the buffet is very tentative though. Then there is the room: quite ok in terms of size and amenities though the door slams very loud and the walls are almost made of paper, in certain areas you can hear everything the neighbors say.

Hotel is not far from metro station approx. 10 mins walk. Around shops and restaurants. To the centum by public transport approx 30-45 mins. Room what we have got was very dark and small. Breakfast average. Not very much fantasy, kind of normal.

My fiancée and I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. I mentioned it was a special occasion and asked for a double bed - they made sure we got a room with one, which we really appreciated. The cleaning staff made sure our room was always clean and tidy. The hotel had everything we could ask for - toiletries, tote bag, complimentary wine and chips, a refillable water bottle and etc. The garden, honesty bar, and solarium were such relaxing spots to spend time together. Breakfast was amazing too! On our last day, our flight was at 23:00, and the staff kindly let us leave our luggage. We charged our phones in the evening and relax in the garden with tea after a long day out - such a nice gesture. The location was great, close to two metro lines, rental cars, some good restaurants and within walking distance to main places but still quiet and calm compared to the busy center. Overall, it’s the best place - cozy, thoughtful, and full of character.
